Like you, we were looking to start our own business.  After travelling overseas, we saw the growth in fast service take away coffee.  We felt this was an opportunity that could be developed at home in Australia - at the time there were no specialist take-away coffee houses in Melbourne.

We opened our first store in Elizabeth Street Melbourne in 1998.  Our aim was to offer quality coffee, served efficiently in a contemporary environment to time poor professionals.  Now, we are proud to say that we have grown to over 50 stores nationally. 

In 2003, after years of testing, trialing and developing systems to ensure a successful transition, we opened our first franchised store in South Australia.

To ensure the consistency of our brand, we regard franchising as one of the most important aspects of our business.  We can only be successful as a brand if our franchisees are successful.
