Hudsons Coffee is always on the look out for motivated, outgoing people who know how to provide exceptional customer experiences while having fun along the way.

We have various store roles which require different levels of experience from part time Crew Members and Supervisors, to full time Supervisors and Store Mangers.

To join our ever growing gang, we want you to have the right attitude, know how to have fun and appreciate the importance of customer service; and while previous experience within hospitality/retail is preferred it’s not essential. What you don’t know, we will gladly teach you along the way...

As a guide, here’s what we look for in our Hudsons Coffee team:

  • Passion to provide exceptional customer service standards (including going the 'extra mile' for our customers);

  • Adherence to food safety requirements and standards is required (don’t worry we will teach you everything you need to know);

  • Responsible & punctual work ethic; and a fun and positive "can do" work attitude.

The majority of our stores operate 7 days a week so successful applicants will be required to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
