If you consider yourself a bit of a foodie, we’d like you to meet our Executive Chef, Peter Reffell. He comes all the way from the U.K. and brings 25 years experience in the food industry to Hudsons Coffee, having previously worked in cafes and Michelin star restaurants just to name a few.

The heart of our business has always been our coffee, and great coffee deserves great food. From gourmet delights to classic favourites and our signature range, there’s something for everyone – including a selection of healthier and gluten free options as well as decadent sweet treats. The Chia bagel was co-developed by NY Bagels and Hudsons Coffee, and is a great source of fibre, Omega 3, protein, antioxidants as well as being 99% fat free.
